LaVon & Grace Wagler

ETSIM U.S.A. Ministry and Financial Directors

LaVon and Grace Wagler knew they were called to ministry when the Lord brought them together in 2009. They had both served individually in foreign missions before getting married and knew their life would be spent radically living out the call to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” Matthew 28:19 They have been active in domestic US ministry as worship leaders, committee board members for YoungLife, coordinating conferences, and hosting Bible studies before going on staff with Equipping the Saints International as US Ministry and Financial Directors. They have a pastors heart to see the global Body of Christ healed and equipped to walk in their destiny and power, and see the Gospel preached to the ends of the earth. They are currently pursuing their Bible degrees and ordination.

Jim O’Connor was born the 4th of 6 children on a ranch in Eastern Montana, USA. He left home at 17 with 3 sets of clothes and a used saddle. During the next 6 years he spiraled downward in becoming a failure; dropping out of college for lack of money and becoming an alcoholic. From there, his story is a rocky road of walking out of jail, addictions, life tragedy, depression, and bankruptcy to becoming a successful businessman in America and the Philippines. He is now an accomplished author, and Worldwide founder and director of Equipping the Saints International Ministries: as well as Let’s Turn it Around Seminars and Turnaround Inc. He has conducted seminars and classes in America, Liberia, West Africa, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, and the Philippines. He is in demand in many other places.
